Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars. Social Login is also available for an even easier set-up.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

Where's my order?

Check the delivery date: You can find your estimated delivery window in your Order Dispatch email. Please allow until the end of this date for your order to arrive.
Track the order online: If you selected a tracked service, you'll be able to track your delivery through the postal/courier system. Any tracking information will be sent in your shipping confirmation.
Contact us: If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team for further assistance.

Our "Subscribe & Save" service ensures you never run out of your chosen supplements. You get a 30% discount for subscribing. You can choose the frequency of deliveries, pause, reschedule, or cancel at any time from any device. Learn more

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, click the "Manage Subscriptions" tab, select the subscription you wish to cancel, and follow the prompts to cancel it.

How do I add a new product to an existing subscription?

Log into your account, go to "Manage Subscriptions", and use the "Add" button on the product you wish to add. Choose your delivery frequency and add it to your order.

Payment

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Subscriptions can also be paid for using American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

Discount Codes

Some discounts are automatically applied at checkout, others can be inserted in the "Coupon" box in the cart page.

Order Issues

I need to cancel my order

If you change your mind after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible to cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the items.

I have received the wrong item

Email us with your order number and an image of the incorrect item received. We will advise on the next steps.

I am missing an item

Check your emails for notifications about out-of-stock items or separate shipments. If an item is still missing, contact our Customer Services Team with your order number.

Items should be in their original condition and packaging. Unsuitable returns may be sent back to you.

How do we refund you?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 5 working days, while PayPal refunds are processed to your PayPal account.

How long does a return take?

Returns from the UK usually take up to 7 working days to reach our warehouse, and we aim to process them within 7-14 days of receipt.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days, depending on your payment provider. If your return hasn't reached us within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with your proof of postage.

When will an item be back in stock?

We strive to keep all products in stock. Keep an eye on our website for restocks and sign up for our emails and social media updates for special offers and new product launches.

What is the minimum expiry date of the nutritional products you send?

All products have a minimum expiry date of at least three months from the date of dispatch.

How do points translate to pounds?

For every £1 you spend, you earn 5 points. When redeeming points, 1000 points equal £10 off, 500 points equal £5 off, and so on. The points you earn increase as you move up the tiers, learn more here.

Can I use my reward discount on a subscription order?

Discounts from our rewards program can be applied to subscription orders. After redeeming points, the discount will be added to your next recurring order.

How can I refer a friend?

Refer friends via our rewards page using email, social media, WhatsApp, or a unique link. Once your friend makes a purchase, you'll receive 200 points.

How long does it take for my points to be added to my SIRTLife Rewards account?

Points are added automatically once your order is fulfilled.

Can I use multiple redemption codes for a single order?

You can apply only one discount code per order.

Can I use my free shipping discount code on my recurring subscription?

Recurring subscription orders always include free UK delivery.
